Terms of Sale

Terms of sale are based on availability. If any product is out of stock, or unavailable, or if we are simply unable to fulfill your order, you will be contacted via e-mail immediately to ask whether you are interested in receiving an alternative available product.

If we do not receive a response from you within 3 days, your order will be automatically refunded. If we are unable to offer you a suitable replacement and you wish to dismiss the sale, we will refund the amount charged to the original form of payment.

At FOUND™, our business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. EST. All orders received on business days are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday unless it is a holiday and we are closed. Once your package leaves our shipping facility, you will receive a notification via e-mail along with a tracking number.

Please allow extra processing time for holidays and collection launches.

We accept all major credit cards, FOUND™ gift cards, and third-party payment services such as PayPal, ShopPay, ApplePay, etc. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged.

Invalid or incorrect address information is the most common cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order and make sure you have accurately noted all of the information needed to successfully deliver your package.

Orders will be delivered to the address the customer has provided via the carrier chosen by the customer at checkout. If an address correction needs to be made after you have placed the order, please contact Customer Service at support@found.store as soon as possible to make any necessary changes.

FOUND™ is NOT responsible for any lost/stolen packages as well as courier shipment delays. We will gladly try to assist you as much as we can, but once a tracking number is received, all claims are to be filed with the carrier or Corso Shipping Protection, if selected at checkout.

If a shipment is returned to us due to an invalid mailing address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

If a package is refused, the customer is responsible for any additional charges from the courier. These charges will be deducted from your refund.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier exception delays. Holidays do not count as business days and should be taken into consideration when calculating shipping times.

We entrust our mailing carriers to deliver your package on time. If your package is delayed, we will not offer a reimbursement of shipping charges. If you need additional information, please contact Customer Service at hello@found.store.

The cost of international shipping varies based on the weight of the package and the location. FOUND™ is not responsible for the payment of taxes or duties.

Customers who place orders outside of the U.S. are responsible for applicable sales tax, duties, and customs charges which are determined by your local government and vary by country. By completing your order, you agree to pay for all applicable fees.

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use, and purchase, of products from found.store. Please note that your use of the contents on the FOUND™ website constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.

We may, from time to time, change the terms that govern your use of found.store. Your use of found.store following any such change constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by the terms as changed.

All graphics displayed on the FOUND™ Website are strictly copyrighted. If any strikingly similar art is found, this will result in immediate legal action followed by an aggressive lawsuit. We spend hours upon hours on our designs, please respect our work and have the courtesy not to copy or steal it in any form.

Unless otherwise noted, all materials such as images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written materials that appear as part of FOUND's copyrights, trademarks, trade dress, and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by FOUND™ collectively, and its subsidiaries and/or affiliates.

FOUND™ as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, and all worldwide rights, titles, and interests in and to which are owned by FOUND™.

Other than for the purchase of merchandise from our site, the contents of found.store as a whole are intended solely for personal, noncommercial use by the users of found.store. You may download or copy the contents and other downloadable materials for your personal use only.

You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the contents, FOUND™, or any related software.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold FOUND™ harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent FOUND™ products are offered for sale in the United States through found.store, the contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting FOUND's products and services available in the United States and select foreign markets. found.store is controlled and operated by the FOUND™ team from its office in central New Jersey.

These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions may be terminated by FOUND™ without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous shall survive any termination.

FOUND respects our customers' account information as private and confidential information and will never share this information with any outside affiliations or individuals.

You agree that FOUND™ may send electronic mail to you for the purpose of advising you of changes or additions to this found.store, about any of FOUND's products or services, or for such other purpose(s) as FOUND deems appropriate.

All comments, feedback, postcards, suggestions, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to FOUND™ on or by found.store or otherwise disclosed, submitted or offered in connection with your use of found.store shall be and remain FOUND's property.

Such disclosure, submission, or offer of any submission shall constitute as an assignment to FOUND™ of all worldwide rights, titles and interests in all copyrights and other intellectual properties. Thus, FOUND™ will own exclusively all such rights, titles and interests and shall not be limited in any way in its use, commercial or otherwise, of any submission.

FOUND™ is and shall be under no obligation to maintain any submission in confidence, pay any compensation for any submission, or respond to any user submission.

You agree that no submission by you to FOUND™ will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights. You further agree that no submission by you to FOUND™ will not be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material. You are and shall remain solely responsible for the content of any submission you make.

You agree that FOUND™ may use and/or disclose information about your demographics and use of found.store in any manner that does not reveal your identity. By participating in FOUND™ sweepstakes, contests, promotions, and/or requesting promotional information or product updates, you agree that FOUND™ may use your information for marketing and promotional purposes.
