Refund Policy
Our return policy allows 30 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at found.store for a full product refund. Refunds will be issued in the original amount of your purchase, minus the cost of shipping and insurance, if applicable. Any orders purchased through third-party payment options will be refunded and handled directly by the third-party.
Store Credit & Exchanges
Our policy allows 45 days from the date of delivery to return items purchased at found.store for either store credit or an exchange. Store credits will be issued in the original amount of your purchase, minus the cost of shipping and insurance, if applicable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If there are any issues with an order or product upon delivery, the customer must reach out within 30 days from the delivery date.
Final Sale Items
Final Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged. All final sale items are noted as such in the product description. Due to sanitary standards, all headwear is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
